Salon Noir

I had such a great experience at this salon. From the consult to the final result, I felt really listened to. I worked with Lauren, and she was thoughtful, kind, and clearly cared about getting my hair exactly right. After wearing my cut for a couple days, I came back for a small adjustment, and they were so accommodating. She made the changes perfectly, and my hair looks absolutely amazing — the shape and volume are exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate a salon that stands behind their work and wants clients to leave genuinely happy. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Lauren and this salon without hesitation.

It was my first time here today! Everyone was super friendly and the salon itself is so cute! I got my haircut by Will, he is absolutely phenomenal! I had the best time and my hair looks simply AMAZING!! I will be recommending Will and Salon Noir to everyone!!

Nice salon. I had an appointment with Jennifer yesterday. She'd done my hair once before when she worked at a different salon and wanted her to do my hair again, thinking she'd be able to work well with my natural wavy hair texture. I'm not very pleased with the cut I received. I indicated that I wanted my grown out face frame fixed up to be more angled, and suggested maybe more of a V cut. Instead, she basically cut long bangs straight across the middle of my neck, which was also a little shorter than we'd discussed. This doesn't blend with the rest of my hair. It's too short and blunt to even try to blend it into more of a face frame like I initially wanted. He completely transformed my hair into something I didn’t think was possible — smooth, shiny, and full of life! I found Salon Noir on TikTok I was looking for someone in the area that gave good hair cuts. I have some texture in my hair and it’s imperative I get a good cut or I look like lord Farquuad. I saw Wills video, I saw he studied at Aveda in Ann Arbor and I immediately found an appointment. Will did a consult and then did his magic. I felt pretty for the first time in a while. How else do you explain that feeling? Ahh I love Will!! He’s such a vibe. The salon is clean, open, friendly, wonderfully priced and I walked feeling frumpy and walked out feeling fabulous. Immediate yes!!! Ten stars
