I chose this salon because of its 4.5-star rating, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The front desk person was kind, and I arrived on time for my 4:00 PM appointment. However, even though there were two technicians available with no clients, I was seated and left waiting for about five minutes without any communication. That may seem minor, but it was my first red flag. When it came time to choose polish, I was surprised by the extremely limited selection—only one small sample book. When I asked if there were more options, I was told no. I also asked if they offered chrome polish or cat-eye red polish, and again was told no. This salon is soooo professional im English from the uk and asked for an apt the receptionist is too quality . I got to my apt and treated like 5 star a coffee and Cassandra what an absolute star I love the experience as a very nervous person I was at ease they all speak Spanish but u just know they aren’t speaking talking about you they’re so lovely ! I’m so impressed and would say to anyone who’s an anxious person go they treat your and the service is so amazing my nails look so good

Love Enin, but terrible customer service from management and front desk. I booked a 5pm mani with Enin, came in early around 4:20pm to do a pedi with another tech and finished well before 5pm. I noticed they gave Enin a client during my pedi and figured it was a quick fix. Turned out to be a full service and me waiting until 5:40pm. Mind you, no communication whatsoever from the front desk about any delay or offer another tech instead. I lost my final ounce of patience when Enin finished that client and was at the front desk chatting, no one acknowledging my presence or that I was waiting — I had to interrupt and ask what was going on and the front desk girl said “oh I thought you were waiting for your pedi to dry.” Ignoring the fact that they gave away my appt to another client and I wa

I went yesterday, and asked for a gel remover and a basic manicure. Took almost 40min to take the gel, that was very bad removed, used so many tools and product, and a gel remover that gave me a alergy (still have it). The basic manicure was very basic....the nails polish did not dry, I have to remove everything when I was back home, because was terrible. Also, asked to fix a broken nail, she did with super glue and ofc last for 5 minutes. Paid for a service that I needed to re-do at home.

I’ve been looking for a great nail salon for a while. I love this place!! They do an amazing job! They take such note and care to make it perfect. Go to Enin or Yani - both are amazing! One of the best manicures I’ve ever had w Enin doing hard gel manicure. Thank you.
