Salon Mario Russo - Seaport

I had such a wonderful experience at the salon on Friday! Allison was incredibly kind and patient, especially because I don’t speak English very well yet. She made me feel comfortable, understood, and welcomed the entire time. She has such a radiant energy, and I truly loved meeting her! I would also like to compliment the receptionist she was so polite, delicate, and friendly. The whole place has such a positive and uplifting atmosphere. I felt really good being there. I will definitely be coming back soon for other services. Highly recommend!

Barbara and Michael are my Christmas miracle! I messed up not ONE but TWO blowout appointments before my company holiday party… the second being a miscommunication about which Mario Russo location (surprise surprise… I showed up to the wrong one with 45 mins to spare). As soon as I told Barbara what was going on, she immediately went into problem solving mode. She offered to uber me to their other location, but I lamented there wouldn’t be enough time. The suggestion in itself is luxury-level customer service. When I explained I was on my second mix up with little time to spare, and no hot tools in my suitcase, she kindly told me it would be okay. I went to Mario Russo for the first time and had an AMAZING experience with Barbara. I have been looking for a go-to hair stylist for a while since moving to Boston, and after reading other great reviews, booked an appointment. Barbara was super fun, down to earth, and professional. She did such a great job on my hair. I will definitely be back!

I've been going to Chandelle for almost ten years for my color and hair services - she is the absolute best! I was very excited to follow her to her new location in the Seaport. I received a deep brown and purple color, trim and blow dry which came out beautifully. Chandelle was very accommodating and always a joy to talk with. I highly recommend her! The salon is wonderful as well, in a beautiful location. Everyone was super nice and welcoming!
