I got my hair done 2 days ago and the service was great. Samantha who did my hair was great she transformed my hair within a day I feel like a new person with it. No more looking like a lion with different shades all over my head. If you ever get Samantha Caputo to get your hair done you’re in great hands.

I had an amazing experience at Salon Mario Russo in Back Bay with Allison! She was so thorough with my consultation before my service & gave me exactly what I wanted for a cut & glaze. I have some postpartum hair changes and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with confidence. I absolutely love the results and my haircut is exactly what I envisioned. Super cute hair accessories I loved as well! The energy & aesthetic of the Salon was 10/10, I truly enjoyed my time and experience and will most definitely be adding it to my list of recommendations for friends & family. I got a hair gloss, cut, and styling from Sam, and honestly, it was the best experience ever. My hair was super damaged and had turned every color you can imagine from bleaching, but she completely fixed it. She made it look so healthy and gave it so much volume. She also cut it in a way that gave it shape and form, it frames my face perfectly. I was really conflicted about what to do with my hair, but Sam just knew exactly what would work best for me. She’s seriously amazing.

I recently just gifted myself the best haircut of my life with Sal. I did quite a bit of research to find a new hair dresser, and very glad I sent it and let Sal bring my hair back to life! He has a very welcoming personality, and hilarious - I felt like I knew him for years. Also, the wash chairs are the comfiest ever - no neck aches and uncomfortable positions. The receptionists probably could have been a little bit more friendly but I am not there to see them anyways ;)

I did my hair with Rezi and she was absolutely amazing. She was good. Kind, with patience and the other staff were also friendly and kind BUT…. UPDATE: Their products completely ruined my curls. I highlighted my curls 2 and half years ago and my curls were completely okay and very much staying fresh and beautiful. But after I went to this salon my curls are now ruined. I am looking for a place to cut it completely and for some reason do not trust them to go back there. My hair was beautiful for the first week. After the second week I started seeing how horrible my curls have turned out. I don’t know what to do. The salon may be better for those who don’t have curls but for me…not so good. I also tried to reach out and ask for their help and they told me just put some oil and hair cream and
