Wow, I really enjoyed my visit. The atmosphere at the salon is so inviting! Edgar gave me an amazing fade, he was super attentive. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Even got a free drink, which was a nice touch. Can't wait to come back and try their color corrections next time! Great service all around.

This correspondence serves to document my dissatisfaction with a recent appointment. 😡😠😤 I had reserved a hair styling service for today, Saturday, at 3:00 PM, with the appointment initially scheduled last Tuesday. 💇‍♀️🗓️⏰ Upon my arrival, I was informed that the appointment was not registered, reportedly due to an error by the staff member who handled my initial call. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙄 I know human errors can occurred but my granddaughter quinseañera was waiting and with no time to go somewhere else 😔🥺😫

I’ve been coming to Salon Madrid for quite sometime now and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner has really made the environment feel welcoming and inclusive. My favorite part of coming here is seeing Monique! I trust her completely with my hair and never have to second guess anything when I’m in her hands. She is the absolute best! Her knowledge of colors, cuts, and hair treatment products are top notch. I always have an awesome time when I’m sitting in her chair! Highly recommend this salon and especially Monique!

Every time I visit Salon Madrid, it feels special. Aliana does my Balayage and I am always happy with the results. For years now! The place is so inviting and really detailed with their service. They even offer complimentary drinks which is cool. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had extensions done by Aliana and it was such an elegant experience! She was super professional and listened to what I wanted. The place is beautiful, they even offered drinks like wine. I felt pampered the whole time!
