I saw Melissa a few days ago, wanting to go from lifelong full highlights to full platinum blonde bleach and tone. I was a little nervous, unsure of how it would look on me, what my hair quality would be like, etc. I ALMOST backed out of it as I sat there and went with the safe choice of my typical highlights. But Melissa was an absolute pro, not to mention such a joy to be around. She asked what my goals were for my hair, listened to me, and encouraged me to go platinum without pressuring me into it! She made me feel so comfortable and that I could absolutely trust her. I'm SO glad I listened to her..... my hair looks beyond! I've gotten so many compliments the last few days and can't stop looking at my hair in the mirror! Platinum bleach and tones are not the easiest service to provide

I left this location because they could not simply fix a door. My door would not lock or open for over a month or about a month. When their tech guy saw my phone, he just looked at it and said there’s nothing he can do. I left today was my second week of paying rent And still not work. I set up a meeting during the day with the fix-it person down the street to be able to get my door solution fixed because prior to the meeting. I checked my door and it was not instead of fixing my door, this individual wants to be in my house, which I told him repeatedly that I am not a person like that then I’ve been having issues where the app disappears reappears disappears. This could be either him or a tech issue, but I don’t know why they have him around because if he can’t fix a door issue and then l
