Salon Lofts

Paid almost $300 with tip for Jessie James to do a dark red hair color. I even showed pictures and the color was supposed to be a very deep red. She made it super bright and fiery instead. I messaged her about it and she offered to redo it, which I appreciated, but after redoing it, it looked the exact same. I asked for a refund and she refused. Instead she told me to come back again even though I don’t live close, and when she redid it again it still didn’t look anything like what I asked for. I asked for a refund again and she denied it, saying she spent too much time (even though I asked for a refund in the first place). I also reached out to the Salon Lofts manager and nothing was done. It was just a terrible experience and it ruined my trust in Salon Lofts completely.

This review is for Alicia King in Loft #11 at Salon Loft in St. Augustine. I just moved here and read many of the stylists profiles and reviews before I settled on Alicia and I’m glad I did! I was a bit worried that she would be able to match my color on the first try but she did!! I was so relieved! She gave a great cut too! I made 2 more appointments right away because I know she will get busy fast! Great vibe in her loft too. Soooo peaceful and relaxing. Grateful I found her!

The place is so cute, and I love that each artist has their own area. I got my hair cut and dyed by Alicia and I love it. I’ve never been so happy with my hair, and she was so sweet. Price was totally fair and the place was so clean and comfortable.
