I booked an appointment with this stylist Ashley and unfortunately had a very unprofessional experience. The night before my scheduled appointment, I received a message saying that they would no longer accept me as a client due to what they described as “inconsistency.” This was after confirming my appointment. While I respect anyone’s right to choose their clients, the way it was handled—canceling less than 24 hours before and refusing service—was disappointing and inconvenient. Communication could have been more professional and considerate. I would recommend confirming expectations upfront before booking with this stylist, so no one else ends up in the same situation.

Unfortunately I had a really poor experience here. Jessica H performed a cut and color (highlights) on my hair. What usually takes 2-2.5 hours to foil was completed in one hour with Jessica. I had texted Jessica prior to the appointment letting her know a full color and cut usually takes 3.5 hours for my hair. To give a frame of reference, I was in and out in two hours. Bleach was applied in a sloppy manner. There are many leopard like spots in my hair. No attempt was made to apply bleach in pieces of hair already highlighted in order to preserve my natural lowlights. I had verbalized this request prior to the start of my appointment. This left a line down my hair where my previous outgrowth was. To top it all off, the foils on the top off my were lifted too soon, leaving orange streaks

I cane in today with a platinum blonde balayage that I’ve had for the last couple of years, looking for a change. I’m still pretty new to the area, so I was trying out a new stylist and I just wish I hadn’t. Allison was nice enough during the service and seemed to know what I was asking for when I showed her my reference pictures. The cut turned out fine, but the color….it’s truly awful and not even close to what I asked for. I told her as much and she offered to put more highlights in it aka bleach after I had told her I specifically didn’t want bleach on my hair this time as I was PLATINUM when I came in. I asked for a refund and she said she’d give me $20 back for my $140 service. Awful customer service and now I have to book another appointment to attempt to fix this before I have to g
