I went into the salon as a new client for a bleach and tone and left with chemical burns that were burning and weeping so badly I had to go to the ER for treatment. I stated multiple times that my scalp was tingling and asked if it was a normal feeling and was reassured it was. I have been denied any sort of refund or resolution and now am losing clumps of hair resulting in bald areas. I’m extremely disappointed in the whole situation but more so with how unwilling and unapologetic this is to find a resolution. Would never recommend this salon.

We have been away from home since June and had not had my hair done for some time. I was in desperate need of a hair color/highlights and cut; particularly given I wrecked what color I had left with a box color on my own (broke my cardinal rule). We prefer to support local shops so I checked out tons and tons of places online and found great reviews for this salon - as well as I loved their online booking option. That sold me.
