We love Gabe & Lorena! They are very creative, passionate, and caring! Gabe always creates a work of art when he cuts and styles my son’s hair, he pays close attention to the details. We have built strong bonds and loyalty with them.

Lorena is a Master Colorist, Color Edge Educator, and a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor with over 10 years of experience. Lorena took personal care of my damaged color boxed treated hair and transformed it into healthy-looking hair with her professional products. Over the past 5 years, I have had my roots colored, balayage ombre, highlights, extensions, blow out, and professional makeup sessions. Gabe Lopez is a Master Barber and a Johnny B Educator who co-owns Aaron & Hur with Lorena. Great people who are masters of their crafts. It's well worth the 30-minute drive from San Antonio to Hondo, TX. I refer all my friends and family to them for their hair needs.

Can we take a minute and appreciate the masterpiece that Lorena at Aaron & Hur created? The before picture is what she had to work with that I had done at a different salon in town and she was able to turn it into something beautiful. I absolutely LOVE my haircut because it matches my features and has movement when I move. Heck, I even included pictures without curls to prove how good her coloring technique is because it’s flawless. The color flows seamless and compliments my skin. She took her time and was truly honest. The salon itself is intimate to offer a more comfortable one on one experience, neat, and modern.
