Drove an hour and a half just to cut my super long hair and Jean Paul did such a fantastic job cutting my hair. He was so kind and stuck to the price I was told over the phone. I have been overcharged for a cut many times because of my long coarse thick hair. But what I had before and what I left with, I thought his skills were worth every penny. It included a wash, cut, and blow out. He truly takes his time to get to know you and cut your hair. He is such a sweet experienced guy. Will definitely be coming back! I would have gatekept him but it was too good of an experience to not share.

I recently visited Salon Jean Paul, hoping for a high-quality haircut, especially considering the hefty price tag. Unfortunately, it was far from the experience I expected. From the start, I felt rushed. The stylist seemed distracted and didn’t take the time to really understand what I wanted. I came in with a clear idea of what I was looking for, but it felt like I wasn’t listened to at all. The haircut itself was uneven and lacked any real shape or structure, which is especially frustrating when you’re paying top dollar. I am a busy mom, multi tasking is the game. I was is a real need of a haircut. I was mom-bunning it bad. Finally having a day off, I took the opportunity to make a three stop trip. New coffee place, bank, haircut (no appointment but I was ready to wait). I noticed there was three spots for the salon and took one of them as I knew I would be there the longest. In the 10 mins I was away to grab coffee and went back to grab my bank card. A super passive aggressive note was stuck to my window. At that point, as a potential customer I decided I didn’t need this person to cut my hair anymore as I reversed out from the other open spots he had. Rudest salon owner ever . nastiest attitude needs to work on his mannerism when it comes to talking to women DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Even though it’s says appointments required, IT ALSO SAYS recommended. I had an unexpected long lunch break, and saw this salon was next to an ATM. I thought let’s kill two birds with one stone, haircut and grab some cash plus I can tip with cash. Before I could even turn my engine off, an ANGRY belligerent man came waving outside the store and gestured for me that I cannot park there. DONT COME HERE, SO RUDE
