We searched online for a highly-rated hair salon, as we wanted to try getting our hair permed. We wanted to share that this is a very professional and creative hair salon. The stylists are Korean, and we've always admired the volume and styles of young Koreans' hair. Today was a success; we are very satisfied with our new hairstyles and had a wonderful time.

I had such a wonderful experience getting my perm done by Hany! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely taken care of. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and asked thoughtful questions about my hair history, texture, and how I usually style it. I really appreciated how patient and detail-oriented she was throughout the entire process. Before starting, Hany carefully explained what kind of perm would suit my face shape and hair condition best. I was a little nervous at first, but her confidence and professionalism made me trust her completely. She paid attention to every section of my hair and made sure the curls would come out soft, natural, and flattering rather than overly tight or frizzy. The result honestly exceeded my expectations. One of my worst haircut especially considering how pricy the service is. Watch out for the $20 hair wash charge. I didn't know there's extra charge for hair wash, so agreed to the service. The whole haircut took about 15 mins. There's no significant cutting. The style is very disappointing and is completely different than the picture the lady showed me. I thought Korean hair dressers have certain aesthetics, but not this Salon. They are not real Korean hair dressers. I doubt they've ever been trained in Korea. The hair dresser had no skills. This is a salon selling more hair product than relying on cutting techniques. In the end I was charged $95, plus tips I gave $115. Don't they feel ashamed for charging so much for a 20 mins crappy haircut?

I was able to get a last minute appointment this morning for my daughter to get her hair colored before school starts. The stylists did an amazing job. Took great care of her and it turned out better than the photo we came with. While we were there I had my younger daughter get her bangs trimmed with great recommendations on how to transition her bangs out of a little kid cut. Looking forward to coming back!
