Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I got my haircut yesterday and it’s noticeably uneven and poorly done. I reached out to the salon multiple times over the last two days and was sent to voicemail at least five times with no call back. They eventually offered to make it right — but with the same stylist who gave me the bad cut. To be honest, I’m genuinely scared to let her touch my hair again. I’ve asked to be seen by a different stylist, but so far, no one has followed up to help me get this resolved. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles them. Right now, the lack of care, communication, and accountability is incredibly frustrating. I expected much better.

Danielle is the absolute best! I don’t say this lightly, but she has made me love getting my hair cut again. She’s the first stylist I’ve ever met that listens to what I want, makes sure she understands, and makes sure I love what I have before I leave. Once I wanted a pretty drastic change, and she was so careful about it to make sure I loved what she was going, and even held back on part of the cut until I was like okay yeah let’s just do it. The salon is always clean and calm, and I just enjoy the whole experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience having my hair cut for the first time here. The salon is beautiful and clean inside. The staff was kind and courteous. Danielle was my stylist and absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, personable and just a delight to be the client of. I will absolutely be coming back in to have her style my curly hair. First wonderful curly cut I have had in years!!!!

I saw Danielle for the first time last week for a full set of highlights after recently moving to the area, and she did an amazing job! I probably sounded crazy talking about all of my previous negative hair experiences, but Danielle listened to all my concerns and did a fabulous job on my hair - assuring me for all future appointments :) Can't wait to see her for a haircut soon!
