Marian was amazing! I came in only knowing I wanted to donate my hair and an approximate length. She chatted me through what would look good with my hair and did a beautiful job making me feel pampered and beautiful! I love the new style! I also really appreciated that they offered complimentary drinks and I had the most delicious lemonade. They also took care of the hair donation research and mailing for me so I didn’t have to do a thing besides tell them how short to go! I’ll be back for sure!

Came in for face framing and long layers. Asked for them to touch up the face framing as I was unhappy and this was the result even after the touch up. The blowout left me with damp hair. I don’t like biased/subjective reviews so please be your own judge.

I came in for a root touch up for grays in my dark red hair. The stylist and I discussed that I loved my blonde highlights – with no mention of removing them. Instead of just touching up the root area as is normally done at other salons, she ran a glaze through my whole head which made my hair a dark mousey brown, and washed out all of my highlights. I personally hate glazes and never would have agreed to this. The glaze still has not washed out a month later, and my hair looks like it was done with store bought hair dye. I sent them before / after photos via email and they agreed over the phone and by text to reimburse me (I had moved out of state after the appointment). But the reimbursement was never issued. I've called, texted and emailed again but no response.

Me Salon is very warm and welcoming. I always enjoy talking to Dana at the front desk, David if he’s free, and Jen is terrific and does a wonderful job with my hair!

I used to travel to Center City for my color but my hair was getting more and more damaged and I wanted a change. After searching IG, I made an appointment with Jordan. SO glad I did. Not only does my hair color ALWAYS come out looking amazing, but my hair is so much healthier now! And Jordan is super sweet! She’s also very talented! Check out IG for examples of her work. She can do anything from sophisticated to funky.
