Salon Gemma

I am not from the Buffalo area, so finding "my" salon has always been a challenge for me. But I love Salon Gemma, and I can say that I finally found my salon. Jeff is the best! He is knowledgeable, professional and colors my hair perfectly every time. He turned my hopeless blonde hair into a flawless brunette. Jeff is always on time, (even early), and makes my appointments relaxing and efficient, even with my busy schedule. I recommend Salon Gemma for nice and friendly environment, and Jeff for anyone looking for a color and stylist expert.

This is Lori Strzelec. I had my first experience at Salon Gemma this weekend and I couldn't have been more pleased. The minute you walk through the door you immediately feel welcomed. My stylist was Anne and she was nothing short of amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted my hair to look like and it turned out perfectly-color, cut and styling. Anne is especially adept working with long hair. Really just perfect. She was a deight to be around as are all of the people who work there that I met. My only regret is that I did not come to this salon years ago when I moved to the area. I will be recommending Salon Gemma to all of my friends. I bought my daughter a gift card as well!

Salon Gemma is the best! I’ve been seeing Jeff for years, would never imagine going anywhere else. He is a master at color and always makes my blonde look beautiful. The staff are all amazing and always so accommodating. Cannot recommend enough!

I had an amazing blowout with Jeff today! He’s awesome! I feel like a new woman. ❣️ I also had a magnificent gel polish manicure with Aileen who has been doing my manicures and pedicures for 28 years. Nikki B at Salon Gemma has been my stylist for over 20 years! Her skills are undeniable! She has so much experience with color and fun colors as well as hair extensions. I change my hair color a lot (blonde, bright red, blue/black) and she’s always made sure my hair stays in great condition. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. I would never go anywhere else!
