The “avid cruiser” employed there needs to spend more time listening to the client and giving them what they want and less time talking about herself while upsetting and disappointing the client who is paying her for her services! P.S. Tell the “avid cruiser” that the majority rates Royal Caribbean and Carnival higher than NCL. She can put that on her ship and sail it.

What a great salon! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Crystal cut my hair and she was lovely to work with from start to finish. She gave styling tips and showed me how to maintain my new cut at home. I left feeling great with a huge smile on my face and a new stylist. Definitely going back soon!

I see Krystal here and she is the absolute best. My schedule is tough to break into because I travel for work so I appreciate her flexibility. She puts so much care into her work and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. The staff is all very kind, professional and caring.
