Friendly staff. My daughter has gotten her haircut here a couple of times, no problem, but today I got my undercut shorter & when I got home I brushed my fingers through my hair & strands of hair came off! 😩 So that was disappointing. Why didn’t she say anything?! Right side is nice and straight, just how I had it. Left side; you can see where she messed up. 😞

The team ruined my experience as a new customer. I had clearly asked and reconfirmed that I wanted a hair wash, haircut, and styling and then for eyebrow threading. I reached couple minutes before the appointment as I was going to be their new client. The person booked the eyebrow appointment and stylist at the same time and did not mention the stylist about the services I wanted. I reminded the stylist the moment she started cutting my hair that I also asked for hair wash. She says I will do it after cutting my hair. It doesn't make sense. What's the point. She just cut my hair dry and maybe sprayed water couple times which ruined my entire experience. And just because she was already booked by her old client she refused to style my hair. Completely unprofessional experience. Did not even

The person who cut my hair cut more shorter than I asked, cus choppy and blunt long layers, and gave me uneven face framing layers. Lady at the front desk was also impolite.

I can highly recommend this salon. Lily is awesome I will be back and so will my wife. Clean, polite, great cut, i always am concern of my haircut for professional reasons and they do a great job. Seriously you cannot go wrong make an appointment.

I’ve been going here for many years! Sarah always does an amazing job. Her other staff and stylist are awesome too. Never disappointed when I come here. Her pricing is very reasonable too.
