I had a wonderful experience and plan to return to this salon! Rene cut my hair beautifully and is an incredibly kind, compassionate person. I found the whole environment to be friendly and comfortable. You MUST come here if you live in Waltham or nearby, it's a gem.

Debra has been doing my hair for over 20 years. She’s a Paul Mitchell long hair specialist. I have long curly hair that turns into dreadlocks in a week. She’s an amazing colorist as well. Every big occasion, I had Debra do my hair. She would turn a rats nest into a beautiful work of art. She’s beautiful on the inside and the outside. When I moved to CT, I even drove back, so Debra could work her magic. Best staff there all talented and very social. Great place 🥰❤️👍

Merisa did an awesome job cutting my son’s long COVID hair. She is patient, sweet and an amazing stylist! She took her time first understanding our expectation and had finally cut exactly what my son wanted. I loved the atmosphere inside the salon too. Everyone is very friendly and they follow COVID guidelines properly. Highly recommend this place, especially Merisa!

Deborah does amazing work. She cut my hair exactly as I asked and she bleached and colored my hair with a lot of care and attention to detail and it's beautiful. I highly recommend her and Salon Excellence.

Gave great tips on a bad haircut from another salon,. Actually went back two days ago. The stylist was very understanding . Few snips here and there to even my hair and a lot of encouragement. My hair still hasn't fully recovered from the "buzz cut". But it will.
