I got my hair colored by Laura prior to Christmas, and I am unfortunately just now getting around to writing this review because every time I think about the experience, I get overwhelmingly irritated. I had a haircut from James, and he recommended Laura, the salon’s blonde specialist. I had a good experience with him, and she had good reviews, so I scheduled with her. I did not have to pay for this appointment due to the quality of work, so I am writing this PURELY to warn others. I specifically booked a full highlight. When I sat in her chair, she looked through my hair and said it was already pretty blonde and that I would only need a partial. We went back and forth, and I emphasized that I need my roots to look freshly done, especially in up do’s, as my job is heavily presentation-fo

Jessica was my hairstylist, and she made the entire experience incredibly relaxing. It was my first time at the salon, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing in detail, including the products she used and how to maintain my hairstyle after leaving the salon. I hadn’t planned on getting a trim, but after my blowout we noticed my hair was slightly uneven and would benefit from more shaping and face-framing layers in the front. I really appreciated her transparency, since the cut wasn’t part of my original appointment, she made sure to explain the additional cost upfront so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend this salon. The location is also very convenient!

Salon Ethos provides attentive and friendly service to its clients. The team seamlessly serves each client with genuine care and the intention of delivering the best possible results. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is concerned about their hair and wants to improve their overall appearance. 10/10 recommend. Front desk staff is super nice and Smaily does a great job! I went for my first time around Christmas for a cut & style, service was so good I went back today for a blowout and curl set (Both w Smaily). My layers are fantastic and have boosted my confidence. I have a lot of hair and am always nervous going to the salon due to it being so time consuming and sometimes staff isn’t so nice, but Smaily does a great job and takes the time to actually blow out my hair whereas in my other experiences they just sit me under the hooded dryer w rollers for HOURS and eventually get to blowing it out (while complaining). Customer service & professionalism 10/10. Also shout out to the sweet lady who washed my hair I believe her name was Kira, she was so nice and accommodating :)

My friend recommended this salon to me after complaining I lost my current girl to these tariffs times because she moved away. As a curly haired babe who also dyes her hair regularly, I really vet my stylist because I do not have time to go to one salon for one service and another for let’s say a curly cut. Here I am able to do my cut, style, and dye job. I was so happy with Zuly’s work. She is a bit of a resident red expert. I am so happy that I sat in her chair last week. She was very bubbly and even accommodated my last minute request for a blow out (something you have to add at the time of your booking-which I didn’t know.) The salon is ala carte, which is helpful to understand when booking. I got a quick consult with the Curly cut expert, and I will be back for that next month along w
