My appointment was scheduled for 3pm. I arrive and the building is locked and the open sign is off. I sit here for 10 minutes cause there’s another lady waiting who said the girl left to let her dog out and would be back soon. She arrives at 3:10 and asks who I’m scheduled with. I tell her the name and say it’s for eyebrow waxing. She says that’s her and she doesn’t do eyebrows and neither does the other lady here. Says sorry and has me leave. This is ridiculous. Why would there be the option for waxing if you don’t offer it? Also why is your business closed during open hours. Beyond unprofessional and I will not be coming back here or recommending this location to anyone else.

Jamie was great! She is a hair miracle worker and removed all the red from my hair! Hillary was so kind as well and asked everyone there if they wanted something from Tim Hortons and brought me back something 💕 wonderful experience I can’t wait until my next appointment!! Before and after picture, doesn’t even look like the same person! Achieved in only 1 appointment!!

Been here for two hair services and received excellent treatment. Both times the salon was busy and bustling with activity. Staff are all very friendly. Very reasonable prices as well. Love it!

Go and get a roller blow out from Kimberly B. - she nailed it better than I do my own, and has a wonderful personality. Ive already booked my next shampoo and style with her!!

I’ve been going here for 2 years and I love it. Kimberly is so funny and amazing at her job. She looks at the photos I show her and always does it exactly how I want. She’s perfect at color matching too! The amount of times I’ve had this poor woman fix my washed out box dyed hair, and get rid of all my damaged split ends. She’s my saving grace.
