So the owner takes zero accountability for the lack of hot water in her salon. Blames me for complaining about freezing my head at her salon. It was 12 degrees outside and I got a polar plunge. My appointment was 11:30AM. How on earth did you run out of hot water that early. Then canceled my next appointment because she doesn't want me in her salon to see that the hot water situation has not been fixed. ICE cold water. Did you ever think that some of your clients have health conditions. I do have a heart condition. Don't worry lady I'll never be back. REMEMBER CUSTOMER SEVICE IS EVERYTHING. IN YOUR INDUSTRY!!!! First let me say I love my hair dresser. She is amazing. The OWNER & MANAGER of this business should be ashamed themselves. Putting clients through the torturous experience

Salon Elemis is amazing, from the pretty decorated space to the friendly staff. The receptionist was personable and the assistant was courteous and made me feel so welcome by offering coffee and making sure I was comfortable. Carine did such a great job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted, let me show her pictures, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. Her high quality products and years of expertise landed me some beautiful hair. I’ve finally found my forever salon!

Walked into this salon by chance a couple of years ago while visiting NJ, been flying in from FL for haircuts ever since! Carine (the Owner) and Kim are my stylists. Love them!
