If you don't like how they do your hair...they may try to fix it, and if they can't, they give excuses like too much time has passed or the customer is just too hard to please and...they still keep your money... :( Spent $240 on color and a $45 tip and hours and hours of time..... When you go to your usual hair colorist who you've been very happy with up to now, who you recommend to others and on social media, and ask for the color you always get and love except you'd like to go a little lighter for summer...and instead of blonde ombré, she gives you panels with sharp, harsh, bright edges where the color meets the root... ...so a day later you text saying you love the color but not the roots, and asked if she can fix those edges.
