Extremely unprofessional communication. I missed my gel manicure appointment a couple of months ago and apologized, even offered to pay the full price for the wasted time since I notified them late. The technician refused to accept the payment but reacted as if I had personally offended her. At my next visit, I brought a cake as an apology, yet she spent most of the appointment giving me a cold attitude, although by the end things seemed fine. Today I needed to reschedule another appointment and again apologized. Instead of handling it professionally, the technician took the phone, got angry, told me to “find another salon,” and then hung up. Completely unacceptable way to speak to clients. I fully acknowledge my responsibility for missing appointments and I’ve always been willing to pay

Every staff member in this salon provides the highest quality customer care. I cannot recommend it enough. It is always a pleasure.
