I came in back in October. My hair was past my behind and I asked for long layers pretty much keep my long hair and add layers. Never in my life have a I had a hair cut by a professional ever this was my very first time. The lady who did my hair didn’t even tell me her name and she proceeded to cut almost 4 inches off my hair loosing all my inches.. I didn’t say anything because I genuinely thought she was doing her job creating the layers as I am not the professional she is.. When she was done with my hair she just walks off. Several months pass, I never said anything but I legit can’t get over how it’s growing back out I am so sad and disappointed.

I was very disappointed with my second visit. Moving forward, I now know to call ahead and confirm that my preferred hairstylist is available instead of walking in. I came in with my stepdaughter for hair services. Her appointment went great; unfortunately, mine did not. I clearly communicated that I only wanted a few strands of copper brown added on top of the hair that had already been color-removed during my previous visit, along with a wash and blow dry. (Not even enough to be considered a partial highlight) My first visit I paid $160, which included removal of demi black and multiple colors using color remover only, toner, conditioner, and a blowout. This time, I was charged $150 for applying color only to previously lifted hair—no toner, no remover, no conditioning treatment—just a

I have visited this establishment on several occasions. Although I often felt discriminated against, Gladys was always professional and pleasant. After being away for some time, I returned today requesting a haircut to start fresh. Previously, after receiving highlights here, my hair experienced drastic breakage. The owner referred me to Marisol, and unfortunately the result was extremely disappointing. My hair was left uneven, dry, and poorly cut. I had to leave and go directly to another salon to have it corrected. I am very dissatisfied with the service and will not be returning.

Have gone here twice so far and my hair has been well taken care of. Gladis is truly amazing. 4 stars because wait times can be really long for walk ins and I don't know if you can do appointments.

I walked in and all the ladies were very welcoming and nice like family, I was just a walk in and she took me right in, their salon is very, very clean spic&span and all the ladies very talented and wonderful and mind you I have hair almost to my knees and just getting a wash, trim and dry. But to be able to cut my hair it's not very easy my hairdresser was great she did a perfect job and I surely will be returning again and giving friends and family referring them to 💕Salon Dominicano 💕it's beautiful!!!!
