I went there on 2/12/2026 after searching all day for a salon god put Coronado salon right in my face and I called and thank god they had availability especially before Valentine’s Day ! EMELY took care of me and she fulfilled everything you could imagine , made me the most comfortable and assisted not only to my hair’s needs but to my own personal needs !! She can do it all literally , along with other talented woman there I saw beautiful techniques to getting that pop of color hair you want and they are very educational on how to maintain your hair and keep it healthy ! Aileen is amazing and so friendly! I absolutely love my hair (we did a vibrant magenta with purple low lights). The atmosphere of the salon is cute and cozy, Aileen and Emily are so welcoming and generous, I really had a great experience.

My Mom (75) needed a new beautician after hers retired. Research and reviews made us try Salon Coronado. What an amazing experience! Aileen and Emily were welcoming, friendly and upbeat. The salon is beautiful with lots of personality like the owner. So fun to look around and see it all! Aileen treated my Mom with care and listened to what she was looking for...which was Purple hair! If I could leave more stars I would! I got a Brazilian 3 days ago which looked and felt amazing. I just washed my hair and it didn’t damage my curl pattern at all—definitely helped to manage my frizz. BOOK WITH EMELY YOU WON’T REGRET IT! She is so down to earth and friendly. I love how she explained what she was doing with each step and made sure I felt comfortable. The environment here is so chill and I left looking as good as I felt. Will definitely be booking again!

I’ve been to this salon a bunch of times and always get such amazing service. I specifically go and see Rosanne who is a total gem (I’m sure all the other ladies are wonderful she’s just who i see since I’ve been going there). She works so well with my daughter who gets anxious about getting her hair cut. She always walks her through every step of her haircut grabbing pieces and saying “I’m going to take this much off ok? And if we wanna take more off we can”. She jokes around with her and makes her feel super comfortable. She very personable and sweet and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does.
