Carmella is Absolutely the best blonde specialist! I’ve been to so many stylists, but she’s the only one who can take the brass out of my hair and give me the perfect, bright platinum color I’ve always wanted. My hair has never been healthier..soft, shiny, and strong. She truly understands blonde hair and takes the time to make sure it looks amazing every single time. I can’t recommend her enough — she’s the best there is! 💛✨

I tried to set up a consultation with Katie as I am not one to book an appointment over the phone without meeting the hairstylist I was hoping to see. Being Mother’s Day weekend, I understood that this may be difficult since I was in Chicago also. I responded to her text with my availability saying I would be back in Buffalo on Tuesday hoping to book a consultation. It has now been three weeks and never heard from her. The salon, as well as Katie, was given great reviews. No matter how great the reviews are if the salon cannot get back to you makes you think twice about going there that maybe they did not want you as a client in first place.

Great, friendly service! I stopped in without an appointment on the morning of my wedding. I had gotten my nails done at another salon and was suddenly hating the color. They took me immediately and in less than 20 minutes I was out the door! It made my special day so much better!!
