This is the worst salon to come to. I came in asking for cool toned blonde balayage and left with orange/ very warm caramel chunky highlights that were very streaky at the top. I came back for my hair to be fixed and told her how much I disliked it and she said “I don’t know what to do,” and left me sitting in the chair with a horrible hair color. I paid $280 and when I asked for a refund, she refused to give me my money back. Please do not come here. Save your hairs health, your money, and your time.

Today was my first time experiencing Salon CK. Impressed is an understatement. The salon is easily accessible, clean, calming and very welcoming. Sang Nae listened to my concerns, reviewed my sample photos for desired style and gave recommendations. My hair came out better than I expected. I will be returning. Beautiful color work! Lovely cut and blowout. If you want a true salon/spa experience, don’t hesitate to make an appointment.

The lady who cut my hair was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. She complained about my hair's thickness and said she would charge extra. After the haircut, she forced me to tip, which was off-putting. Tips are earned, and I don't reward bad behavior. Never went there again, and I found a better hair salon with better service in Gainesville.

I’m not one to leave reviews on places good or bad - after having seen the great reviews the salon had I called in for an appointment and Sang Nae was able to squeeze me in. I requested a trim (2 inches) I showed her where I was thinking it would end up and she confirmed that she understood what she was doing and told me she did not need to look at a reference photo. I ended up having 6 inches cut off because she told me my hair was dry and she took care of the problem. I would definitely not go back here and she offered me $10 back for the inconvenience.

(Writing this review for my wife...😁) My wife always struggles to find someone to cut and style her hair to her satisfaction. Then she found Sang Nae Yoon the owner of Salon CK. Now my wife and two daughters get their hair cut and styled here. It's always done just the way they want. The salon is super clean and the service is great. Definitely recommend this place!
