Salon Citi

I got a full root touch up, I had like 4+ inches grown out (from my last hairstylist) it was my first time at Salon Citi. Ilias (I think that was his name) was AMAZING!!! He had Tamara helping and she was also amazing and so sweet!! I am OBSESSED with the results. He added more blonde underneath and in other places, and it’s just soo barbie and beautiful!!! (Please ignore my flattened curls, this is the day after) I’m 100% going to him from now on, obsessed!!

Absolutely love my experience every time I go to Salon Citi. I have a crazy busy schedule and they always accommodate me as a walk-in. Staff is very friendly and a great stylist. Add Turkish coffee offer to the mix and the experience is priceless.

I have been going to Citi Salon for more than 8 years. Ismail is really very talented and super in any type of hairstyle I need. I would never stop going to Ismail as long as I live. I do encourage every lady to go to Ismail at Citi Salon. He is such a genuine person.

I saw Ismail for a cut and color. The color is gorgeous, the cut is terrible. I was very clear that I wanted long layers and no bangs, and he cut it much shorter than we agreed on. Additionally, no heat protectant was added prior to blow drying my hair and my color was washed out with hot water instead of cold, which would have helped with vibrancy and locking in the color. Given that I came in with a ton of baby hairs because of postpartum regrowth (which I was explicit about), and got a whole lecture about breakage, the lack of heat protectant and disregard for what I asked for was extremely upsetting. I was not charged for the cut, but this is the first time I’ve ever left a salon in tears.

I was introduced to Ismail at Salon Citi at least 8 years ago and I have never looked back. He knows the best- the perfect cut with the perfect color and highlights, I don’t have to think at all. He has a fantastic team that is polite, offer a great hair wash and a fabulous cup of Turkish coffee! As a matter of fact, I haven’t let anyone touch my hair but for Ismail, that is the level of trust I have in him. I have seen him transform other women’s hair and it is purely magical. More power to you Ismail ❤️.
