I always find what I need when I walk in, and every time Jessica is working she’s friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable & kind. She’s offered me lots of advice as a young stylist and I greatly appreciate all her help!

No prices listed in store. I mentioned to the associate, Baily, that it’s a bummer and creates more work for them since customers will have to ask them to look up prices. Very rudely and under her breathe she responded with “well you can see the prices on the receipt” - a silly and illogical response considering prices are posted so you know what you are paying prior to purchase - when one would get said receipt. When speaking to another associate about the incident, Baily continued to talk over me. So much so, that the other associate had to ask her to let me speak. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional customer service. I’d give 1 star if it wasn’t for the other employee that was kind and empathetic

Just moved here and went in to get my liquid demis. They carry the whole line of Faction8/Pulp Riot, EXCEPT the liquid demis. How dumb is that? I asked the salesperson about it and she said “yeah we have never carried them, you have to go to Lewisville” like she could care less. Now I basically have to decide on a whole new line to use, because driving to Lewisville is not a thing guys. That’s ridiculous. This store is barely stocked in general. You wonder why stylists are migrating to mail order boutique lines like O&M, Oway, Innersense, etc? You deserve it

This is the best RDA out there .Rachel is kind and always very willing to help me when I have questions she is so sweet and helpful too! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Love the staff, super helpful and they almost always have what I need even for a small store
