I have been coming to Cassio since 2018 for keratin treatments and haircuts. Ever since I got my first one with him, I knew he was unique and that the quality of his work was unbeatable. After many years, I have never been disappointed and still go to him whenever I am in Los Angeles even though I now live in New York City. He opened his own salon last year and I was able to visit for the first time yesterday. The place he built is beautiful, clean, and feels very open/spacious. Booking appointments is easy through an online system and it is nice since you can see the schedule options on your end instead of having to verbally run through it with someone on the phone. Cassio was incredibly patient and detail-oriented, making sure everything was done perfectly. He was also very kind and professional, which made the whole process even better. I had an amazing experience getting my Brazilian treatment here! One thing that really stood out to me was how gently he flat-ironed my hair. Normally, when I get this treatment done, I feel a lot of pulling and discomfort, but this time, I didn’t feel any pain at all! He handled my hair so skillfully that the entire process was smooth and comfortable. Another thing I really appreciated was his punctuality.
