I cut my hair on my own and completely regretted it — but Katerina at Salon Capri came to my rescue! She gave me a full makeover with an amazing haircut and blow dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She also shared her expertise on how to properly maintain my color, which I truly appreciated. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I had the pleasure of working with Salon Capri in Dedham for my bridal party hair. I cannot recommend them enough, from the ease of booking, the great location, friendly and quality service, to the fun environment in the salon. I got to do a bridal hair trial a couple of months before the big day with Zoe and it was a lot of fun. She helped tremendously with deciding how I wanted my hair to look and sharing great tips and insights. Everyone in the salon was so nice and friendly, it made the morning of my wedding such fun! They took care of us making sure to offer drinks and allowing us to have some snacks and be loud. I’ve been going to Salon Capri for more than 20 years now. (I started out at the Newton location and once the Dedham location opened, I’ve been there ever since!) I absolutely love this salon. My daughter, son and I all go to Sam L. She is brilliant and so talented. I will never go to anyone else. I walk on feeling tired and run down typically and leave feeling relaxed and beautiful. You get what you pay for and it is well worth it. My daughter and son are both in their mid twenties but have been going to Sam forever. For what it’s worth, my son had a longer boys haircut for years and Sam nailed it! Not easy. He won best hair in both 8th grade and as a se or in high school and for good reason! DO NOT GO HERE. I am so upset, I asked for a trim and dark brown hair. Mona took off 5 inches of hair and dyed it jet black. I have been dealing with hair loss so this is devastating. On top of it the haircut is incredibly uneven and choppy, she damaged my hair so badly that there is so much new breakage and she left dye all over my face and ears. Incredibly unprofessional and overall terrible at her job. She wasn’t paying attention the entire time and didn’t do a single thing I asked for.

I took my fiancé here for a haircut, and it was the worst first experience ever! Our hair stylist, Susan, did an awful awful AWFUL job. My fiance asked her to cut his hair shorter in specific areas but her response was..."Sorry, I can't get it." Seriously? We didn't know how to react to that. We were speechless. Another thing that shook me was the way Susan let her client, my fiance, leave the salon with hair all over my fiance's neck, face, and ears. She didn't wash my fiance's hair. I'm confused, does Capri not wash clients' hairs after haircuts? We left the salon looking worse than walking in. We paid $35, and it was a waste of money. We won't be going to Salon Capri ever again. I honestly think giving a one star is too much for rating. Very unhappy, disappointed, and unsatisfied.
