Salon Blu

Decided to share my experience after sharing with others and hearing their bad experiences. This is strictly to provide my experience with the business and to encourage others to do their own research before trusting a salon and stylist. I’ve had 2 bad experiences here. For reference I have level 1 (black) hair. The first time I asked for a level 1 all over, and instead the stylist put a level 3 on my roots and a level 4 on the rest of my hair, she let me know this after the color was already on my hair and said it was because “they don’t carry level 1 color”. This resulted in patchy uneven color. Thankfully, I was able to contact the salon and they had another stylist fix it and reassured me they do in fact carry level 1 color. I received exceptional services from Lauren! She gave me a great bob haircut and excellent color. I came in after having a really bad haircut and she somehow fixed my haircut the first time, so much so that I received numerous compliments from a number of colleagues! I am very impressed with her abilities and grateful for her efforts! Even more, she is super friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!

I have been searching for a new stylist since mine retired. Ive tried 4 different people before Samantha and either I wasn't thrilled with the cut or there was no personality. Samantha nailed both!! I love what she did with my cut, I love that she wasn't pushy with extras (which is why I decided to add some color unto the visit) and she is friendly, outgoing, funny and we just clicked. I finally found my new person!!

Elle was wonderful. She gave me exactly what I asked for! I showed her a picture and she took the time to walk me through it and even looked at it while mixing colors which really made me feel heard. She was time efficient and fun to talk to while doing my hair and made me feel comfortable. She was also very upfront about pricing and explained what she was doing. I will definitely be going back :)

Madison is the sweetest. Felt like I had known her forever even though we just met. Best scalp massage ever. Beautiful layers, hair is soft and healthy feeling again. Thank you sweet girl!
