I had been going here for two years when I recently came in for root touch up (for grey). I usually get a color root touch up and cut/blow dry. I noticed that when the stylist was putting the color on it was purple. I voiced my concern but she did not listen and said it was fine. After processing, my roots and scalp were purple. The stylist was not apologetic and said not to get upset as she would fix it. I guess it’s ok as long as she can correct? She had a customer with foils so I had to wait for her to finish with that customer. I found out that she does not keep customer formula cards. She made some excuse as to why she doesn’t bother. I had formula from my stylist in the city where I live in the summer. I went over this info with her before she added corrected color. She charge

Brittany is an expert in blonde highlights! She gave me literally the best I’ve had in my life. Awesome cut too. She took her time and was very sweet. I definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Followed my hairdresser here. She lost her place on Ft. Myers Beach. Nice place. I trust Terry, so if it is good for her, it's OK for me.
