I could not have had a more positive experience at this salon! Elena was a miracle worker! I called to see if they could squeeze me in for an emergency bang rescue after I had a terrible cut elsewhere, and the staff at this salon were kind enough to fit me in. Elena worked so hard to help me and was so kind and reassuring throughout. She turned a total hack job into something pretty and fun and I was so relieved and grateful! I will definitely be coming back to see her and the other sweet people in this salon, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience!

I had a fantastic service appt. It has been a long long time since I had my hair done last and Jee was amazing in listening to me and working with me and explaining what was feesable for the health of my hair and what was not and took every thing I wanted and didn’t want into high consideration. She did not rush and did everything to make me happy and HAPPY I am. I have not stopped smiling and I have gotten many compliments on my hair.

Sadly, I won’t be returning to this salon. Being charged $175 for a toner is absurd, and I was also charged $95 for a haircut that was uneven. On top of that, there was an $8 credit card fee that was never disclosed beforehand. I have never encountered such a high credit card fee, especially without prior notice. A few days after my appointment, I realized my haircut was choppy and poorly blended. I was extremely disappointed and initially disputed the charge with my credit card company. I later canceled the dispute and returned to the salon to give them the opportunity to fix the issue. While they did adjust the cut, the overall experience left me feeling defeated and taken advantage of. If you choose to come here, make sure you clearly clarify the cost of all services upfront.

I have been going to Salon Avalon for years. Have been sooooo happy with Elena (amazing!!). Elena has been doing my bob cut every 5 weeks for years. It takes a hair stylist with experience to do it right! I also get keratin treatments and have been very happy how smooth my hair turns out. My cut and style has been consistent every time! The staff and owner (Tooraj) are professional and friendly. Love going there. I highly recommend Salon Avalon.

Elena is the best hairstylist around. My hair has never been happier. From blue to natural highlights she consistently does an amazing job!!!
