I did my hair with sarah. She highlighted and colored my hair (balayage) also she installed my hair extensions. I got a stunning beautiful all over look for my hair. Thank you sarah you did a great job.

Unfortunately I found the service too overpriced! I ended up paying 101 dollars for the hair cut (wavy, not thick hair) because it needed extra time. I feel that at least when the hairdresser saw my hair she should have noticed and should have let me know. This was my third time cutting the hair there and previously I never paid more. Not returning again!

All appointments are subject to a full charge for unforeseen delays or mistakes for missing an appointment, without flexibility to waive the charge to rebook! Although it’s stated in the booking agreement, really unfortunate that the policy prioritizes charging their clients full price for services for a missed appointment than managing a relationship with their clients. I recently had an appointment for a haircut that I completely missed in my calendar (an honest mistake), when I received a call from the salon almost an hour past my appointment time. There was no flexibility to waive the appointment fee if I rebooked or interest in accommodating a change without a fee. Unfortunately I was charged full payment for the services (haircut + blow dry), so I was out $99 for services that I did

Sarah did a wonderful job with my haircut and blow dry. She really took the time to listen to what I want and cut my hair carefully while paying attention to the details. I loved that she used a wooden boar bristle round brush while blow drying, it was much gentler on my hair. She's so friendly too! I highly recommend.
