I had been saving for months as a college student to finally get the balayage I’d always wanted …a soft, natural caramel tone. I brought inspo photos and explained everything clearly. But what I got were bright red highlights that looked nothing like what I asked for. Alexa offered to fix it, and I appreciated that effort. But after the second appointment, my hair turned brassy yellow and felt dry and damaged. I am not one to leave bad reviews, but i’m really heartbroken over this experience. It’s not just because of how it looked, but because I had really hoped this would be a special moment for me, I also spent a lot of money just to come out of the salon with yellow, streaky hair. My first appointment here was with Ella. It was good and she was helpful and kind. I had her cut a few inches and add some layers; nothing crazy. I left liking my hair. The next day, I noticed some discrepancies and uneven patches. I emailed the salon explaining the situation and someone got back to me within 2 hours. They booked another appointment the next day with Lauren. The receptionist was understanding and respectful of the situation, which helped a lot. Cannot rave enough about Lauren! She was kind, helpful, respectful, asked clarifying questions, offered suggestions and made sure we were on the same page before starting. Naysa is a fabulous hairstylist! She is only a few years into her career, and is already excellent. I used to get a pixie cut and now I’m growing out my wavy hair. She’s been great with my hair at any length, and any way I’m wearing it. Naysa understands my wavy hair. I have liked all of her product recommendations, too! Go see her!

I’ve gone to Salon730 for a few services, including color and haircuts. Everyone has been amazing, and the prices are great. I love how they usually have availability within a week or so. I just saw Courtney for a haircut and blowdry, and it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten! She was extremely thorough, including taking her time to think about my layers, double check precision, etc. I will definitely be booking with her again!

This was my first appointment with Lauren but not my first time at the salon. I needed someone who knows how to cut curly hair. Lauren did a great job! She is very knowledgeable and explains things as she goes. She provided some helpful tips too!
