Very professional service and incredible results! The best decision I've made in years for my hair. I was about to cancel my appointment after reading the reviews but the reality is that the bad reviews are of colorists that are not longer working at the salon or because it's pricey. If you are going to the very experts on hair coloring in a place on Brickell Avenue you cannot expect to pay what you pay in a cheap salon. I did my research and I was fully aware of the prices and I was prepared for it. I did an investment in recovering the color and the health of my hair and I am totally shocked and amaized with the results. Thanks to Jonathan, Veronica and all the team for all what you did for me! You rock guys!

I found Salon701 on Instagram, my hair was completely damaged and all the professionals were incredibly hands on in helping me find the best treatment. I’m definitely coming back!! The professionals are very knowledgeable, friendly, and the place is really clean. Highly recommend!

I went to salon701 for a balayage on a Tuesday, which is when it's on "promo". I was quoted over Instagram and when I got to pay the price was completely something else. Not to mention, when I got to the salon the ladies in the front desk were super rude. I saw all clients with "cappuccinos" in their hands and i was not even offered anything. UNPROFESSIONAL!! coming from an expensive salon! I was Jonathan's third appointment and last client. They put makeups on All previous girls but since I was the last one and they all wanted to leave the salon, They didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to have makeup on, not even questioned. Absurd! Horrible service! Very disappointed and horrible customer service.

READ FULLY- To start off, I became a client last year and should have known better than to come back after my first experience. I had told my stylist, Jonathan that I wanted a honey brown style. I came out of there blonde. Not just blonde but the horrific almost almond yellow blonde. I asked for hair extensions and he told me that my hair looked better without even after I asked for the service twice. The real reason, he had dinner plans shortly after my appointment which he was openly stating around the salon. I ended up having to go to another salon in the Gables for them to tone my hair and add extensions. Not to mention that the service he provided was overpriced. The best part- they give you a discount for a good review so all these positive reviews you see is NOT because people wante
