SALON 44 - RENTON

Got my hair done with Heather for my bday and I told her I wanted warm, golden brunette and she left it way darker (closer to my natural hair color), AND SHE BLEACHED IT. I'm Very unhappy with it, the color isn't terrible but it is absolutely not what I asked for, Never coming back. I also want to mention when i booked my appointment I SPECIFICALLY left notes for the stylist to reach out to me because I wanted to show her my inspo beforehand and see her work since it's my first time going to her but I got no response and unfortunately I trusted her & the process. 😭😭 I'll put the inspo pics & my results below (mirror pic holding phone is obviously me).

If you want an awesome Hair Salon experience, I highly recommend Caroline at Salon 44 Renton. When it comes to haircuts, color, and styling this hairdresser is the ultimate example of excellence. It was a welcome change to have someone truly listen to what you want, yet interject with good advice, and execute the perfect outcome!

Love my new hair cut from Xin! She gave me cute layers and curtain bangs with such a nice soft look. Love my custom color too - which is the perfect shade of medium dark brown. Always professional and also so fun to chat with!

I always trust this salon for my haircut. I have Asian hair so I need someone who knows how to cut and style it. The hairdressers that I've had (Heather and Lucy) were so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is well kept and clean. This is the only salon I'd keep coming back to for my hair needs.

Update: The owner reached out but then never responded back.. I had Tee for haircut. Besides appointment started late. She was really sick with FLU. Which I wish she could call and reschedule it for me. During the haircut she kept leaving for canceling her today’s appointments without explaining or anything to me. Then during the haircut she just suddenly left without explaining or apologizing. Then someone else came back said she was very sick and can’t continue the haircut. Then the other stylist came to finish my haircut without understanding what haircut I wanted to get. So I ended up with haircut wasn’t close to my expectations! Besides that I’m pregnant and have kids at home now my kids are starting to have flu symptoms. This is beyond unprofessional. If you are sick you shouldn’t e
