11/10 amazing experience with Michelle. I've never felt more comfortable getting my hair cut. Long story short, I screwed up my bangs, and she 100% fixed them for me, and I'm in love! She is so knowledgeable and offers so many services as well!

I was visiting family and wanted to get a mani/pedi and Michelle quickly got back to me with a time that worked. Her studio is clean and nice and she was so fun to chat with. She took special care to make sure I had a positive experience and my nails looked great. There was a slight mishap after I left with the polish I picked and when I contacted her to do a re-polish she was quick to respond and corrected the polish for me free of charge - she even followed up to make sure the polish dried properly which I thought was excellent customer service. While you might pay less at a larger salon, you’ll have an unmatched experience at Salon 423 and is worth every penny!

I just moved to the downtown area and I was looking for a new salon. Michelle was so accommodating- she got me in same-day and did an absolutely beautiful job on both my manicure and my pedicure. She spent the time to make sure everything was perfect. I plan to come back for a haircut when the time comes!

I booked gel pedicures for my girlfriend and I and we had a wonderful time! Not only did Michelle do a phenomenal job, the energy in her cozy space is so peaceful and tranquil. Probably the cleanest and most well done pedicure I’ve ever had! Thank you Michelle!

The salon is incredibly clean, filled with lively plants and charming decorations that create a comfortable atmosphere! Michele has a gentle touch, exceptional skills, and offers great recommendations for her customers. The hair products she used were high-quality as well. I got a haircut and a wave perm—absolutely love the style!🥰
