The facility is super clean and well lit, and covid regulations are practiced there. My experience at Salon 316 was both professional and spiritual. I’m Blessed to have met Ms Shiela about two years ago when I visited Charlotte NC. She came in on her day off and did my lashes. My lashes stayed full for over 2months. I came back this week to visit family again in Charlotte and again she gave me an appt under quick notice . My experience with her at Studio 316 is always professional and polite. They don't give the keratin very well, my hair is left tangled, I comb it and use the straightener again and my hair has no shine, it gets tangled and is not soft. My ends are horrible with keratin and they have them done somewhere else and they don't look so ugly and I paid a lot of money and now I have to look for another place to have them fixed.
