She delivered hands down the BEST facial I’ve ever had, and that trumps the one I had at a 5 Star resort in Bali!! If you’ve endured a mediocre facial with a technician that poor customer service or lacks in communication skills than you are in for a treat when you book with Demetria! Got a mani a week ago. I should have realized something was wrong when I was asked if a second coat of color was needed. The next day I knew I didn’t get a quality mani. Color was not edge to edge or tip to bottom of nail. I can actually see the two separate lines of color paint from first to second coat. I called to cancel a pedi I scheduled and explained the reason was due to not being happy with my manicure. The person asked me if I wanted to schedule with a different person but never asked me why I wasn’t happy with my manicure. Today is exactly one week and my nails look like they were done three weeks ago. My nails were never shaped, filed or trimmed. The color has wore off the tips and looks like three weeks of growth at the bottom.

Lydia did a wonderful job on my pedi + gel and mani + gel booster! I was able to get in the same day that I called. The atmosphere is calming and aesthetic, also clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The services were enjoyable and relaxing. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like the prices were both reasonable and worth it. My mani / pedi with gel cost $122- with the care and attention to detail that went into both I felt like every dollar was worth it.

Amazing price and very relaxing environment. I got the 60min customized aroma body wrap experience. It was only $80 but was really good! My only issues was that I didn't get to choose my aroma and also didn't get the foot bath unfortunately. If I got the actual real deal, I would have given 5 stars.
