I found this business after intentionally searching for a small, local place to support. I’ve had facials in other cities before, so I knew it might take a few tries to find the right fit. Somehow, I landed in the right place on the very first visit. The facials themselves are incredible, but what really sets this business apart is the education. Every product and treatment is explained so you understand why it’s being used and how it supports your skin. Since starting here, I’ve also been guided toward products and organic makeup that actually work for my face. The experience feels thoughtful, honest, and genuinely personalized.

I’m so grateful that Laura at By Nature Organic Skincare & Bodywork was able to get me in when my regular LMT couldn’t. This was my first time here, and I was so impressed. She really took the time to listen to my requests and preferences, and the massage itself was incredible, deeply therapeutic, relaxing, and she somehow knew exactly where to focus. The space is clean, welcoming, and peaceful, and the cost is very reasonable for the quality of care. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had my first ever facial with Kylee. I booked on a whim, needing a day of R&R and it was exactly what I needed. Not knowing what to expect or what my skin needs were Kylee took the time to assess my skin and what I needed, discussing with me what that was and talking me through every step. My skin feels AMAZING and looks AMAZING. 10/10 recommend. I will absolutely be back! I had a massage with Tara before my facial that was sooo relaxing. Tara focused on my big areas of tension and loosened everything up. The two spaces are beautifully decorated, creating a space of serenity and relaxation. Thank you Kylee and Tara!!

What a wonderful time I just had at By Nature! Tara gave me my very first massage and was extremely helpful in telling me what to expect and do before, during, and after the massage. A delightful experience right in downtown Muskegon. I will be back!
