Hello, I am not usually one to write reviews but I had such a great experience I had to share. I have been searching for a salon in Ann Arbor for over a year now and finally found the perfect one. I met a woman by the name of Najwa, she is truly the hair doctor. She took my hair from sad to fabulous. I got a color with highlight and lowlight. Also, my hair was dry and she did a Moroccan oil treatment which left it shiner and smoother than I have ever seen it. This was one of the best colors I have ever gotten. I highly recommend this salon and Najwa to anyone that cares about high quality hair care and a true job well done. Stop by Salon 24 and you will be very happy!!!

WORST haircut ever!!!! Saw the $9.99 haircut signs on the street and took the bait - $9.99 is for kids only, the real price was $22.00. Wife saw my cut and could not stop laughing - unfortunately, I’m the one who has to go out in public until it grows back. If you do dare go inside and someone claims to be the Hair Doctor, turn around and run to the Emergency Room before it’s too late!

Felt very uncomfortable. Lady very pushy. Suppose to get full highlights and she only did like 20 foils. Also she redeemed my Groupon before I even got there. She also charged me an additional $25 for long hair. My hair length is above my ears. Very unhappy with the whole experience and will never be back. Warning. Stay away from there . .My hair is very dark in the back except for one steak. My cut when I washed it was very uneven and I had to even it up. very little highlights for a full highlights payment and extra charge for long hair. I feel I was not given the service I paid for Stay away from this company I will never be back !! What a mess she made.

I had a great experience here and the haircut came out really good. The most helpful part was learning more about my hair type and what I should and shouldn’t use for my hair.

Found this place on Groupon. I scheduled an appointment and she told me NOT to buy the Groupon and that she would honor it in store. This was a flat out lie. I wanted a TRIM and partial highlights which was a deal the Groupon had for about $44. I got there and she immediately started HACKING my hair as soon as I sat down and didn’t even bother washing it first. She didn’t use a comb or anything. She would just pick up chunks of my hair and cut them vigorously like she was in a rush. When we get to doing the highlights, she doesn’t ask me what color I wanted and in the middle of doing the highlights decides to tell me that since my hair is long it’ll now cost more. My hair was only a few inches past my shoulders. As she did the highlights she decides to tell me that she added more highlight
