Oct two thousand twenty five, i've received the worst perm and choppy haircut by Trygen i told her I wanted luscious curls, and my haircut shoulder length Instead, I got a wave and straight ends then hair cut to my neck.. It sucks to be 65 years old and get the worst hair job ever when she realized how bad it came out and I wanted to express how I feel , she told me to CALM down!!! I complained to the manager She set me up to come and TRY to fix it, wasted a 125 $ dollars won't go there anymore.

They may be the best place in town but I'll never know. FYI - Don't give a gift card as a gift from here. There is an expiration date of 1 year, which technically isnt legal, and they are not lenient at all. They'll take the income and provide no service if not used by the expiration date that is 4 years inside of law. It's their policy, so it is what it is, but they lost any potential future client here.

Trajan, Well done! I'm VERY particular about my hair so much I had a consult to get a feel of her style. First time ever having a stylist take a test stand to ensure my results. I get complements often on my hair and how beautiful my balayage is.

Jana always does my hair and she does a phenomenal job! I always leave feeling like I got everything I wanted and more. She's done my hair 17 years and I've never had a complaint. She listens to my ideas and always gives me great advice. Love Jana and salon 2000.

Trajan is always wonderful with service on haircuts for my kids, foster kids & myself. She talks them through it, as they're scared and she makes them love going to the salon fun! 😊
