Bath & Body Works

Location in a smaller mall and was easy to find. The store was clean, organized, and well-kept. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

This Bath and Body Works is located in the Watertown strip mall. You have to go inside the mall to get to the store. This store is on the small side compared to others because they do not have a separate candle part. So, everything is all in here. It doesn't feel crowded or like you cannot move around easy though and the shelves are stocked with everything you need. They do have a limit on only 19 patrons at once in the store. You are asked to take a bag when you walk in and you can use hand sanitizer before entering as well. I ended up needing another bag at checkout, so the cashier pulled one out behind the counter. Currently, body items are buy 3, get 3 free along with all other promotions they run for hand soap, car scents, etc. They do require that customers wear masks and all employe

Huge sale was happening, so wife picked up a few things we probably wouldn't have normally bought, at least at normal retail price. So huge plus there. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. And of course the products are pretty good too 😀

Very helpful staff gave me a bag after seeing me with a bunch of stuff have good deals if you keep a look out love the hand soaps are great and there plug in scents are amazing went to try one ended up with three!

The ladies that work there are so nice! Quick and efficient service and I love the products! They have great sales pretty often!
