I am beyond upset with the haircut I received from Andrea Wilson. I went in asking for a simple trim and a few light layers to soften the shape of my shoulder-length hair. What I walked out with was an absolute disaster. My hair is now barely jaw-length, and in some places, it’s only 3 inches long. I asked for a minor adjustment — not a full-on hack job. There is no way to “fix” this without months (if not a year) of growing it out. It is completely uneven, chopped in random spots, and looks nothing like what I requested. When I expressed how upset I was, Andrea’s response was: “And what do you want me to do about it?” That level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable — and incredibly unprofessional. I trusted Andrea with a very basic request, and she completely botche
