Lux Nails

I got a pedicure yesterday out of town and I realized this morning there was a crack in my toe nail. The older gentleman got me in promptly. He was very quick but very through. He was very direct and professional. He suggested an acrylic overlay and recommended a french gel polish. I can tell he's been doing this for a long time.My toes look amazing. Thank you Johnny

Holly is amazing, she's always sweet and in a good mood. She normally always does my nails. The store is clean and it's never crowded when I go in there. Today however, a blonde lady did my nails at first she was alright conversation was good and towards the end I told her my nails weren't straight. I didnt say it in a rude way, only a few were crooked. She then snatches my hand files my nails down and they are still crooked. I have REALLY bad anxiety so even walking into a nail salon on my own sets me off. So when this lady couldn't see what I was seeing even by turning my entire body towards her or her snatching my hands the way she did. My anxiety got so bad I almost started crying. I had a great experience and they were nice. The gel manicure and snowflake artwork is beautiful. I was sad when they didn’t massage or lotion my hands and arms to my elbows like other nail salons do. It’s so relaxing and feels so good especially when you do a lot of typing for work. Other than that my nails and artwork is beautiful and everyone is nice and professional. Thank you.💜 I see below the response from the manager/owner. Basically, calling me a liar and you should never do that to your customers. Your employee dabbed a tiny bit of oil on my palms after I conveyed my disappointment for not getting the lotion, hand and arm message. For this you lost a customer good luck.

She usually do a good job and have frequented this place several times, however every time I do go, I feel like I get into trouble and I’m talked to like a child. I had gone yesterday, after having not been for a good while, and the same thing happened and not only that, but when I went to pay out, I did not have my glasses on and where I was trying to leave a custom tip, I guess I did not hit the correct buttons on the pad and the Lady called it out in front of everyone and made a scene about the fact that I did not leave a good tip. I was confused and tried to correct the mistake and did so by re-entering a new tip as I am always a good tipper, and she’s still proceeded to make a fuss about the tip and was laughing in a very disrespectful and inappropriate way. My favorite nail salon in the hill country!! I’ve been going here regularly for over a year now and have never once had an issue! All the workers are amazing and take their time to provide excellent service to their customers. The owners are so kind and make you feel like family. 10/10 recommend!!
