My daughter had an appointment at 3:00 pm. Sally didn't start doing my daughter's hair until about 4:30 pm which she wasn't even the one that started doing my daughter's hair. She just asked me what kind of braids did my daughter want. Sally told the other hair dresser to start my daughter's hair. The hair dresser started my daughter's hair then the hairdresser started someone else's hair. While my daughter was still waiting to get her hair braided. A lady came into the Salon to get her bun fixed. Sally stopped to fix the lady's bun. At that point Sally still hadn't started doing my daughter's braids. She was finishing up her clients braids. I absolutely love Sally's Hair Care and Spa. I started coming here last year and I am hooked! They do weaving, braiding, natural hair, relaxed hair, you name it! They are quick ( I hate wasting my time), very professional and offer parking (for all you car lovers like myself). If you are looking for a salon that values hair maintenance this is the place. Sally’s salon is the best braiding salon I’ve been to. I got kinky twist and they came out great! Everyone was so pleasant unlike many other braiding salons I’ve visited. Will definitely be back.

i love sallys hair care and spa. i decided to go with a very short hair style last September was veryyy nervous at first but came out perfect since then ive been coming here every week! i wouldnt go anywhere else since ive been here.They are very professional & offer alot of services braiding, wash & blow dry, set and styles ect they are great. Come by and see for yourself i promise you its worth it !!!!

I have been dealing with Sally for over 30yr. I went in to have my Locs bleached and colored.. She saud ger assusrant woukd do it I sat for over 10 hrs. Needless to say my Locs fell out
