I stopped in to buy a pumice stone and had an unpleasant experience with the cashier with the greasy purple hair. She was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. My two-year-old touched a hairspray near the front of the store, which seemed to irritate her how she shoved my receipt to me. Overall, the customer service was unwelcoming, and the store was dirty.

Always get my specialty hair products from Sally! Staff is wearing masks 😷 There are plastic shields at the registers. And now they offer curbside pickup 🙌 You can call, order over the phone, then go pick it up! Can be super convenient and you can find out before you go over to the store if they have what you need or not!

Customer service is horrible right now. We've been trying to place an order for the past 3 days and we get no response. Sally's needs to get more organized or you will lose your loyal customers.

I went here today to buy some hair dye to make my hair lighter and the lady told me to get the wrong developer, she said it should be a higher developer for lighter hair. After taking her advice I noticed nothing changed with my hair turns out it should of been a lower developer! Wasted my money listening to her advice this isn't the first time I've been misled by someone working at sally's and I'm never going back there, these ppl suck and they don't know anything about the products they're selling.
