I had such a great experience at Elite Medspa Yuma with Nurse Charlen for lip filler! She truly listened to my concerns and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I’ve always had a very gummy smile and in the past tried lip flips, but I didn’t like losing control of my top lip. Charlen recommended a small amount of Botox in another area, and the results are amazing!! My smile looks natural and balanced. The staff was welcoming, the space was clean and beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. I absolutely love my new lips and highly recommend Elite Medspa Yuma to anyone looking for quality care and stunning results!

I wasn’t sure which facial to book so I chose the clarifying facial based on the description. Elena was great and so sweet! I walked out so happy with a beautiful glow on my face . I will definitely be back.

My appointment Alejandra was a great experience. HRT pellet insertion was virtually pain free. Even after two days the area has had minimal soreness. Outstanding service!!
